Orders & Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout via our secure payment options.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Dispatch is usually within 3–5 working days.
If an item is out of stock after purchase, you’ll be contacted with the option to wait, exchange, or receive a refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK. Please allow 3–7 working days for delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays due to postal services or customs.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (often being handmade or for ritual use), we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings, or any other piercing jewllery.
Wax melts/bars must be unopened and in the same condition as sold to be eligible for a refund.
